Often the first thing that falls off the train of life when things get to busy is: self-care
It is so easy to put everyone else first.....
BUT
when it comes right down to it, you cant pour water a cup of water from an empty water pitcher.
As, I talked and drove today, this conversation kept coming up so I thought I would share some of my thoughts on it. I know without a doubt self-care is important and it is taken for granted often.
There are 6 areas of self- care:

Balance within these areas is so important so that you are able to have water in your pitcher that you personally need and so that you truly have what is needed to help others.
I found a GREAT listen and you can always google more ideas but with any of these ideas remember to start small. If you start off too fast you many experience some feeling of guilt, but it is important to remember you are just as important as any other person.
